Information we collect
We collect information you submit, account and service records, operational communications, consent records, and limited technical data needed to secure and operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare quotes, schedule and deliver services, communicate, administer accounts, improve operations, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sensitive property information
Entry and alarm instructions are restricted to the applicable client, authorized staff, and assigned cleaners during an authorized service window. They are excluded from marketing analytics, email content, and ordinary logs.
Site analytics
Public pages record page views and form submissions to our own servers. Each event stores the page path, the service you selected, a short-lived session identifier, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address with these events, we do not use third-party advertising trackers, and analytics events are never collected inside the client or staff portal.
Retention and choices
Retention periods should be configured according to operational, tax, employment, and legal requirements. Contact our team to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
